This website is operated by Best-Flooring.ca. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Best-Flooring.ca, while the term “you”, “your”, “buyer”, “customer” and “purchaser” shall refer to you, the customer. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies referenced herein and/or available on our website.

Best-Flooring.ca strives to provide accurate content, including product information and pricing. However, item availability, product information, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products, however, we cannot guarantee accuracy. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

Large orders are welcome and bulk pricing is available on many of the products, however we reserve the right to limit quantities.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product (or its information) obtained by you will meet your expectations. In an effort to avoid this issue, Best-Flooring.ca reserves the right to refuse to sell product to anyone who has not received a sample prior to the order (see below for details).

All information given on any and all products should be considered as a general guideline. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine sizes and measurements as well as whether any and all products are suited for appropriate installation or purposes.


Orders placed through our online marketplace must be paid in full prior to processing. Payment is accepted by VISA, Mastercard or e-transfer. Prices are exclusive of shipping, delivery and applicable taxes.

All custom orders and sale items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for any reason.

Best-Flooring.ca reserves the right to refuse to sell product to anyone who has not received a sample prior to the order. Samples of every product can be purchased from the website. Samples cost $25 +HST each (if you request more than 1 sample from the same manufacturer, subsequent samples are $5 +HST each, max. 3 per order). After you’ve received your samples, you may place your order. At this time, we will REFUND THE MONEY YOU SPENT ON SAMPLES. Best-Flooring.ca will give you a credit of up to 5{977bff95c21752fd93cd871a90668e4c2c7af99f8ecbf483fa46cb90a37db2d4} of purchase price (maximum $100 +HST) for samples.


All prices are FOB our supplier’s warehouses. This means shipping charges apply to get the product from the supplier to the local depot (Ottawa, Kingston, Mississauga, Barrie, London). Best-Flooring.ca will waive shipping fees for orders over 600 square feet. Below this amount, a sliding scale of costs is used to determine shipping costs.

Additional Shipping Charges

While we endeavour to supply orders on schedule, we do not guarantee to meet delivery deadlines as the trucking companies are not under our control.

Most orders will be available for pick up at the local warehouses within 5-8 business days. There is always the small possibility that products will be back-ordered. You will be notified immediately of any back-order issues, and we will happily refund your money if you do not wish to wait. However, no discount will be given if you choose to wait for the back-ordered product.

Products MUST be picked up from the local shipping depot within 2 business days of its arrival. Failure to do so will result in storage charges of $35+HST per day, payable by the purchaser before the product can be picked up, or delivered. Local delivery is available if you are unable to pick up the material yourself. If delivery is requested, an additional charge will apply, payable in advance by the purchaser.

Disposal of all packing materials (including, but not limited to: plastic shrink wrap, boxes, wooden palettes, nylon and/or metal strapping) is the responsibility of the purchaser. Most of these items can be disposed of in municipal garbage collection.


Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted without approval. Should such a request be accepted and approved by management, goods must be returned within 30 business days from the original date of shipping.

Goods must be returned in their full, unopened and undamaged original packaging and ready for resale. It is the customer’s responsibility and cost to return any goods to the manufacturer. Should you choose to transport these goods via third party, Best-Flooring.ca does not accept any responsibility for products lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping.

A restocking fee of 25{977bff95c21752fd93cd871a90668e4c2c7af99f8ecbf483fa46cb90a37db2d4} will apply.

Any and all claims made regarding damaged goods must be made prior to any and all installation. Buyers shall inspect all goods upon receiving and shall notify Discount FloorsDirect.ca within 5 business days of receipt if goods do not conform to the buyer’s purchase order or are defective based on visual inspection.


Upon receipt and inspection of goods being returned a refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.


Seller’s liability to the buyer is limited to the cost of the goods purchased. It is at our discretion to replace or refund up to the purchase price of said goods.

Products should be measured and installed by a certified professional. Best-Flooring.ca accepts no liability for any incorrect measurements or installation difficulties.

Original manufacturer’s warranty will apply on all products purchased. Best-Flooring.ca reserves the right to refrain from accepting responsibilities for any and all warranty related issues and circumstances.
