Process

Reddotflooring.ca will make your flooring purchase easy, simple, and stress-free. We understand that your time is valuable, and you don’t always have time or inclination to go shopping. So, shop when you want – our store is always open. No need to worry about traffic, or weather, or face masks. This is the easy way to shop.

Our Process

Step 1

Have a look at our products. Pick out the ones that interest you the most. Request a sample – they’re free.

Step 2

After you’ve received your samples, and made a selection, then it is time to place your order. The order must be paid in full before it will ship from the supplier. We accept Visa, MasterCard and e-transfer. An invoice marked “PAID” will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of payment in full.

Please note: you cannot place an order for flooring unless you have received a sample. This will avoid any nasty surprises when the product arrives. Colours/tones and textures on your computer screen may not be accurate representations of what the product actually looks and feels like.

Step 3

Your product will be shipped to the nearest shipping depot (we have shipping depots in every major city in southern Ontario). You can choose to pick it up there yourself – you will have 24 hours from the time it lands there to get it. Otherwise, there is a storage charge of $35/week per skid.

Or, you can ask for local delivery. We will arrange with a local delivery company to pick up and deliver your product within the 24-hour time-frame so there are no additional storage charges.
