HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

To ensure accuracy in fulfilling your order, we allow up to 3 business days to process your order. However, most orders are processed within 24 hours.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and e-transfer. All credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.5% +HST

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES? HOW DO I GET THEM?

Many of our products are available as samples. Use the Request a Sample button to order them and we will ship them directly to your door via Canada Post Xpedited Parcel service. You will be emailed a tracking number.

CAN YOU GIVE AN EXACT DELIVERY DATE FOR MY ORDER?

We will ship out your order as soon as possible, based on product availability from our suppliers. Usually your delivery date is within 5-8 business days, sometimes sooner.

DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER PROVINCES?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in Canada. All shipments outside of southern Ontario (north of North Bay-Sudbury-Sault Ste Marie) are subject to an additional fee for shipping. Each shipment will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

As we are strictly an online company, we do not have a bricks-and-mortar warehouse. Thus, we do not keep stock on hand, which keeps our prices lower through low overhead. However, you can save on local delivery costs by picking up your order from the local shipping depot in your area. Simply ask us for the address – we have shipping depots in every major city in southern Ontario.

Please note: orders will be held at the shipping depot for 1 business day free of charge. After 1 day, a storage charge of $35/skid per week will accumulate. Please tell us when you need the material, and we will arrange shipping and/or delivery to happen within that time frame, and keep storage charges to a minimum.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase, but when you place an order you need to enter your personal information so that we can verify your identity when you receive your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE THEM?

WHAT WARRANTY COMES WITH MY PRODUCT/ORDER?

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN OR CONTRACTING SERVICES?

We do not provide design or contracting services. There are many excellent online resources to help you find a professional for your project.
